The ARWS Oceania Championships sees teams competing for the title of Oceania Champion and free entry to the ARWS World Championships.

Each year a different Oceania event is chosen to host the Champs. For 2023, the ARWS Championships will be hosted by the Top Dog 24 Adventure Race in Canberra and will feature a premier ‘Championship’ category.

ARWS OCEANIA CHAMPIONSHIP
ARWS Oceania Championship is a classic non-stop 24hr adventure race involving trekking, mountain biking, kayaking and other adventure disciplines. Teams of two or four must navigate their way unsupported through an epic 150+km course that is only revealed to them hours before the race.
The ARWS Oceania Championship sees teams competing for the title of ARWS Oceania Champion. The winning team will receive free entry to the AR World Championship giving them the opportunity to compete against the world’s best adventure racing teams.
In order to compete for the title of ARWS Oceania Champion, teams must:
Have competed in at least one ARWS Oceania Series event in the previous 12 months
Register and compete in the four person Mixed Category category
The full course championship event is open to teams of four in the Mixed, Female and Male categories.
